GENERAL RULES
RULE 1 - Mistress Kate is always right.
RULE 2 - When in doubt refer to rule one
RULE 3 - boy bill is to wear whatever, whenever Ms Kate wishes
RULE 3a - Panties at all times
RULE 3b - nighty and hose when home alone and hose under clothes when not alone
RULE 4 - boy Bill is to inform Ms Kate of anyone who he talks with and refrain from any type of relationship unless so ordered by Ms Kate.
RULE 5 - boy Bill must keep clean shaven from the nipples down and under the chin at all times and shave anyway she wishes at all other times
RULE 6 - boy Bill will keep a daily journal entry for Ms Kate to read
RULE 7 - boy Bill is only allowed a release with permission from Ms Kate
RULE 8 - boy Bill is to present himself for for punishment whenever required, deserving or not.
RULE 9 - boy Bill will provide any services that Ms Kate deems fit whenever she wishes such as not limited to house work, serving the table, waiting on guest, and personal services for her and whoever she deems fit.
RULE 10 - boy Bill is required to preform any training instructed by Ms Kate to improve his service to her.
DISCIPLINE
Discipline may be administered by Ms Kate whenever she deems fit to improve boy Bill's attention, attitude,or not living up to the contract. Ms Kate may choose the amount and way discipline is used and it is up to boy Bill to accept it to the best of his ability or face any means of recieveing such discipline. If Ms kate is wishes or so desire she may use any means neccasary to achieve satifaction in appling said discipline.
other provisions
Ms Kate can not require boy Bill to do anything that would bring permenant bodily damage, against the law, loss of job, or family distress. Ms Kate will promise to guide, respect, care for, love, train, and discipline boy Bill to the best of her ability. boy Bill will promise to serve, respect, care for, love, or face any and all punishments with obedience as long as the contract is in effect. The said contract can only be dismissed by Ms Kate unless there is a servere breach of contract on her part. This contract can be modified only when the two of us agree and add to at such said time.

Well now that I have finally got back to work and getting back on my feet, I think it is a good time for an update. I still don't get out as much as Billy Jean as I would like but always my ladies gurl. I recieved my chastity device and now there is no chance of doing anything without her permission. For any of you out there who would like to talk with her about me, you can contact her on collarme.com as Ladykate from columbus. She is still looking for a better job and thinking of moving in with me here in Cincinnati. That would be great besides she already is here alot now a day's.
