I am currently at 19 months into the hormone regimen (2mg Estradial, 200mg Spirinolactone). When I first began taking the hormones it was half the dosage, and I started to feel better in about a months time. The first changes I noticed were an increase in confidence and better self esteem. Physical changes with less noticable body hair, and increased labido came at about 3 months. I started to grow breasts at about 8 months, but that is not going as good as hoped.

I have a lot more motivation since I started hormones. Now I am trying to find a way to become a entrepreneur and save for my surgery.

I just told my mother about my transexuality in a letter. I hope that after reading it she will understand, but now I am happy for I have nothing left to hide.
I came out, to my best friend

Just yesterday, I told my best friend in the whole world, who is also my cousin, everything. I couldn't hold it in any more, especially to her. I know that this is only the first step in a long process. It will be less painfull if I have supporters. When I told her my secret, she was not suprised at all. In fact, she was happy too.

I am so happy that I found this website. I had no Idea there were so many TG supporters out there. Now I no longer feel like I am in a world of my own. Thanks URNA
