Miss Sheeba

Miss Sheeba is our wonderful 35lbs chinese shar pia. She runs the household, we just pay the bills. We (Helen and I) spoil Sheeba to no end. There have been times for both Helen and I which have been emotionally painful. There is nothing like having a pet crawl in your lap and give you some true unconditional love during those hard times.

Currently I am looking for a good doctor to do a procedure called Vocal Cord Shortening. If any of you girls out there have had a good experience with this procedure can you please let me know the doctors name. Thanks to all.
New to URNA

I am new to URNA, but by no means new to the world of transgenderism. I want to say hi to everyone that stops by for a read. I figure I'll stick a little something in here once or twice a week. kind of an electronic dairy of my successes and failures in life as a transsexual woman.
