Finding my "look"

March 29th, 2010 1:53 pm MDT

I'm interested in finding my "look", and getting to the point where I can go out and feel comfortable. I tried doing my own makeup, and figured it would look terrible. I was pleasantly surprised to see I looked pretty good. I need to find a way to learn more about how to apply makeup, and just practice. I've also been experimenting with a few different outfits. I can definitely look okay, but I just can't seem to find that "look" that I like!

I guess it's a common problem for us girls, but I'm trying to find a way to find the "look" that's just right for me. I would like to get some outfits for just going out casually, some nice fun eveningwear, and a few really nice outfits for those special occasions.

I guess I just have to get out there and do some shopping. If others have ideas, I would love to hear them!

For me, it took several years of laser hair removal (on my beard) and LOADS of practice with makeup to achieve my look. I've finally reached a point where I can go from a man to an albeit tall, but rather attractive and convincing woman in less time than most genetic women can get themselves ready! So, practice hard, and good luck to you. I know you'll find it! Love, Cait
