A female in a male cocoon. That's the hand that was delt but, I must admit, it hasn't been a walk in the park. Looking back over the years, I just wush I would've accepted it and the hell with everything else. But, after my last attempt at a "cure",I finally realized that I wasn't going to change so why fight it? My "cures" were to toss EVERYTHING out, wigs, makeup, mirrors, bras, skirts, blouses all gone and some of them gone forever. I remember a short plaid skirt that I really liked, and a bunch of dresses, coats, slacks, shoes, well, you get the picture.
The moral of it all is: NEVER THROW ANYTHING AWAY. That particular blouse that you don't really care for, well, guess what? Two years from now you may wish you still had it.
The best place I've found is thrift shops such as Goodwill. The selection is great and the price is right.
