The evolution of URNA

I've been quite busy these past couple of months with work and my personal life (new girlfriend!). I haven't been able to keep in touch with my online friends as much as I'd like. I haven't been on URNA as much as I'd like either. I was just looking at my profile to update it a little and I noticed a little part of my account profile which has the date of last logged in and last modified...then I noticed the date above, "Created on", which said Jan. 1, 1997. Wow, almost 10 years I've had a profile here!
It just seems like yesterday that URNA came along. It's been pretty amazing watching the evolution of this great place. So much has been added, created since the early days. Articles, chat, journals, friends lists, comments, member galleries, member ratings, all have been added. Thousands of new members have joined. Truly amazing when you think about it. Especially, knowing that a lot of the features of this site is free! A big, huge thanks to Vicky, Jon, Dan, Gwen, and anyone else who works behind the scenes to make this such a wonderful place to visit! And a thanks to all the URNA members who also make this a great community to visit. I'm looking forward to the next 10 years!
