Effective immediately we have a NEW OFFICIAL HOTEL for ALL FRIENDS OF TRIANGLES parties... starting with the January 1/28/2012 Bettie Page party!

IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOKED AT THE COMFORT SUITES for JANUARY - PLEASE cancel there and rebook at the Danbury Plaza ASAP!

The "Friends of Triangles" rate for a standard room is $89/night. This equals or betters the Comfort Suites, and for this steady price you get a lot more!

Why the new hotel is better:

MUCH BIGGER + MORE ROOMS than the Comfort Suites. This means they can block entire floors or areas of the hotel specifically for Triangles guests for our party weekend - so we won't be spread out all over the building.

BETTER LOCATION: The Danbury Plaza is only two minutes away from the Comfort Suites - virtually the same location in Danbury. It's actually easier to get on 84 to get to the mall/Triangles from the new hotel.

BETTER PARKING: There's much more space for parking. So you WON'T get shut out coming back from Triangles after last call. And there WON'T be utility trucks or trailers hogging up multiple spots!

BAR & RESTAURANT LOCATED IN THE HOTEL - stay put at the hotel and eat in the lobby restaurant for dinner, or get a pre-game drink in the hotel bar! It's more convenient to socialize and get ready for Triangles without ever leaving the hotel!

AMENITIES & IMPROVEMENTS: They are remodeling and renovating all their rooms, and improving on their INDOOR POOL and FITNESS CENTER!

CONFERENCE ROOMS & SPECIAL EVENT SPACES - down the road, we may host special events or promotions AT THE HOTEL in addition to Triangles! If that becomes a reality, then the Danbury Plaza Hotel is equipped to accommodate us for these special events in the future!

Last fall I posted three LONG entries here about the Comfort Suites.

I posted how they stopped offering a discount or any "special" benefits for our Triangles guests. And how we've outgrown that hotel based on the size and scope of our parties.

I posted that if I found an alternative that was better that I would let everyone know. THAT TIME IS NOW!

Let's start a great new relationship with a bigger, better hotel that will grow with us and that WANT US TO STAY WITH THEM.
