Boring Update

I have yet to go out dressed at this stage of my life. I have when I was much younger. I had it all planned at the end of last year, even had my bag packed and all my strategies figured out to go to an AO meeting. My wife was gone for a few days and I was set to pick her up approx 10pm after the meeting. I got a call from her that her ride was leaving early and I would need to pick her up at 7pm. Not enough time for anything. I put away my clothes, unpacked my makeup and resigned myself that maybe another time it would work out. Better luck next time or next year as we say in Cleveland. Finally a full profile!

Well I had a few hours to play this week. I was finally able to get a full length shot to have a full profile. I tried a few wigs on got made up. wore some clothes I bought myself in the past two weeks and tried to have some fun. I am finally happy with my look. I kind of look like some of my aunts. Maybe a bit prettier, if you can believe that. I even put my hair up. I have never tried that before. When my real hair was long and actually there, I never had the nerve to wear it up. It took all my guts to even put it in a pony tail for fear that someone would think I was girly. Perish the thought! I am getting bolder though in my old age and I wear mascara every day. When I can figure out how to, I will become a full member of urnotalone. Thanks for reading. Linda
