Curb Your Enthusiasum

October 3rd, 2006 1:28 pm MDT

There is an old World War II move titled "Commandos Strike at Dawn" which I was going to use as the title of this entry or "December 7th has come early this year."  But I decided to use the above instead.  What I am refering to are those individuals, who for what ever reason, deem it necessary to give fellow members low votes.  I see it every day, beautiful girls here given very low votes, come on please.  I realize you people have some very high standards, but cut us some slack, if you want to have "fun" rating people, I suggest to try "Hot or Not".  Try reading the person's profile before casting that vote, the beauty in the soul should count for something.  I work very hard on my appearence, it's not easy going from guy to girl, and I try to present a most femmine image as posible, I am not a 10 by any means, but I certainly am not a 4, "how about somethin for the effort".  I do not spam for votes and I don't expect people to vote for me because I gave them a 10, my comments are genuine, so to all you "Ninja Voters" out there, if you leave me or anybody here a low vote at least have the guts to leave a comment in our guestbook.  We have all been out in the real world and understand too well societys prejudice against us, in here, we should have kindness and understanding.  I love you all as sisters in a common cause, even you ninjas-lol.  CC

I'm with you sis. All my URNA sisters get a 10 from me. I don't buy into the Orwelian perspective of being more equal than others. Especially in this life. We can't afford to be that way. That's why (to the chagrin of some friends) I refuse to enter beauty pageants. I just don't see the logic in breaking even at five hundred dollars and a sixty dollar trophy- whoopee.  (throw in a pink Corvette and I'll think about it)

Conversely, I find it absurdly surprising how many people will cut our throats in pursuit of a fourteen dollar T-shirt. I get vote slammed on a regular basis by the same chronic haters you get. I even know who some of them are. A few just hate me like poison, but overall it's just bitter, petty jealousy. Not so much about how we look, but that we live the life they can only envy. Ostensibly, a click on 3 fills their vacuous life with a feeling accomplishment.

So many nice girls on here, don't let a few doodyheads get you down. Let them eat their hearts out.

Jon and Dan effectively swept the site clean of many haters and trouble makers last year. Perhaps it has to be done on a yearly basis.

    Kisses - Brit
