Ok well a lot happening mostly good, The house is sold   after a very short listing. qwe have one to buy in negotiations and inspections. Big news I most likely will be on a 3 day business trip Just north of New York city . I guess White plains is the nearest marker. I am not sure i will get to dress but certainly would like to have coffe or something stronger with some of the girls in the area if there is friendly club or similar. busy busy getting ready but finaly some good news to shine through the haze.
