I-S, Singapore's lifestyle magazine, wanted to find out if Singapore was a boring place to live in. They sent their reporter to checkout the local SM scene. We did promise I-S that their reporter will be tied up with his job. I think the I-S editor had no idea that we meant it literally. Master Alex (our Moderator from Sg) and Master Max (our Moderator from Jakarta) did most of the major bondage work. Nic did her impression of a local series called Red Thread using red ropes to tie three models together. In the end we're not quite certain what the I-S write and his photographer friend thought about the SM scene but I am sure we made their evening interesting.

It was another sweltering night with 37 degrees heat index (30.5 degrees + 90% humidity). The gurls met up for what I thought was going to be a night of relaxation. The chairwoman, Destynee, was a task mistress. She bulldozed two tough topics on the agenda. In attendance were our dearest friends and founders of SGB (www.sgbutterfly.org) who had guided and supported us, our wisdom meister Bobby, Ada, Trish, Kayla, Destynee, Joy, Elisa, Linda, Rayne, Hendrika, Zermine and Fifi.
The thorniest topic was tabled first. Does SGGURLS needs its own website? SGGURLS had reached the limit offered by Yahoo's free group service months ago. Elisa asked a very innocent question: "what's the purpose of the website?" A debate ensued as to its purpose and contents. It was no doubt a tough and complex issue half of which had to do with SGGURLS identity. After the group is only 1.5 years old and like any teething baby, it has to find its own footing. Bobby suggested that we delay the decision on the website but keep the topic alive with ongoing discussions. Linda recommended that make this a two step decision: decide 'yes' or 'no' for the website, then form a project team collect the requirements from its members. Daniel offered his experience from running SGB. He suggested that we not focus at the number of members but rather look at actual participants. He said though there maybe 1000-2000 members, participation is less than 2%. Additionally, he proffered the mission of SGB was an education portal. Should SGGURLS embark on having its own website, the mission for the website must be clear.
The second topic was the 2010 calendar project. This was another hairy topic. I had to explain the three reasons for doing the project. The first being team work. SGGURLS has pulled off many events. They were tough but relatively straightforward projects. The calendar project would force the gurls really to look within its members and identify their best talents and use these talents to create an out-of-the-box calendar that will wow its buyers. Secondly, this calendar project challenges the notion that tgurls prefer to go stealth because they don't want to be marginalize by society. Trish and Rose brought up these valid points. In today's context, society still treats us badly. So it's better to just keep quiet, earn a living and not create any trouble. This calendar project is meant to show that trans are people who like any group if given an opportunity will accomplish incredible things. Thirdly, this calendar project is to showcase people with talent. I proffered several examples of trans glam in Asia. The photo studio for gurls in KL, Suzhou and Shenzhen do such wonderful work that it had that made many of its viewers say: "I can't believe these people are really guys". Like the transgender tiffany show, it is another milestone for the transgender to own the day.

It was the first the BDSM meet in for the Shanghai BDSM group for 2009. It started out a little slow. Mistress Fifi and Nicole were afraid that due to the Lunar New Year golden week, they would be the only two kinksters there. 
The gorgeous Goddess Qing and Her slave, michelle, came by to check out the scene. Soon switch G and the sultry Mistress Woo joined the party. Slave jojo, slave michelle and slave roland had more than they bargained for when they 'volunteered' themselves as the Mistresses' guinea pigs ... er...."bondage models." The three slaves were calling out, "救命 (jiu-ming)," in perfect Chinese. So it seems that we have found the best way to teach lao-wai's how to speak Mandarin with perfect Chinese accent. They were lucky as they have experience Mistresses as play partners.
Vision, co-owner of Frangipani, got into the act. "好玩儿 (hao wan'er)," exclaimed Vision as he got the hang of using the crop. Not too bad for a first timer!
Fifi explained the concept of a SAFE word in Chinese to the people who stood and watch with mouth gaping from the balcony.

Singapore: Halloween 2008 Singapore, 31st Oct 2008, Friday Thanks to our lovely gurls that Halloween 2008 beat sitting at 11pm watching Survivor on the telly. Our guests Veron & Dyana were dressed in the dopest meeeoooowww...Cat suit and Goth outfit that would make any straight male go berserk. They look waaay too good. Andy and Alex (AlexSG01) dropped by for a drink before running off to their next caper. We had Rayne in her sexy Goth gear, Kaila in a hot leather chipao, Joy wearing a deliciously wicked she-devil costume, Trish looking like the hot young Tina Turner (I know she'll disagree), Shelia in a nice elegant dress, Destynee looking ravishing in her scrumptious lollita outfit, my luvly slut she-devil Adaline in a cosplay outfit, the shy demure Cindy wearing a kinky french maid costume, beautiful Andrea in a black elegant dress, Hendrika in a Thai university female outfit, and me da big COWgurl. Backstage was packed tighter than a can of sardines. It looked like a mini UN gathering with representatives from all continents with schmoozing and giving each other friendly spanks on the butt. Given that this was the tail end of a work week, the turnout was quite good. The Backstage team did a good job in making the place look spooky unfortunately there were no ghouls or ghost in the place only hot bods on the prowl. After Backstage, the group splintered to Cows&Coolies, Alley Bar @Peranakan Place and Thumper@Goodwood Park. Master Richard + partner, , Bobby + partner, were at Cows & Coolies with most of the gurls. All in all Halloween 2008 amidst the economic downturn got my two thumps up. The Ladies of the Ring party Singapore, 20th September 2008. The Ladies of the Ring party was a ruse to celebrate two of our wondeful friends' birthdays; Trish and Shirley. The celebration was the first of all sorts. A delicious cake for two beautiful and elegant ladies. The outing was made memorable by Edwina's debut. She looked fantastic and totally passable. Most of us didn't recognised her when she stepped into our private party at Backstage. To help us celebrate the two special friends' birthdays, we were joined by Zack, elegant Edwina, handsome man Daniel, beautiful Rose, Ada, Joy, Kaila, Ivy, Nic, delightful Andrea, Benaissa, Cindy, Destynee and Rayne. There were quite a few newbies in this meet. We had to make sure that they were not in the wrong place. There were two groups of very nice looking people and a sexy couple sitting quietly in one corner. Singapore: GOTH nite review Singapore Goth Nite at Backstage was awesome. The girls, gurls and guys looked fabulous in BLACK, leather and PVC. Besides looking just wonderfully vamp, we watched the goofie film, JACKASS and TWOWONGFOO in our little cozy bar. It was a treat to have Mel, Den, and Dyana with us. A few of the gurls got quite a few admirers blowing cat calls and coming up to them for a kiss. Destynee actually wanted a few of the gurls to rehearse for SGGURLS nite. Unfortunately, with JACKASS 2 on the plasma scree, everyone became riveted with the 'old man ball' gag. Soon the dance rehearsal was forgotten. The blonde one may be off the hook, since Terrence assessed that she can't really dance. Preparing for GOTH night was fun. The hardest thing was hunting for BLACK lipstick. Most of the conventional make up brands don't carry black. They do carry dark red, but that's not the same as the black that makes your blood scream sexy. Once the crowd thinned down a bit in Backstage, the gurls were up to their SM shenanigans. Joy wanted to bring the ropes out and Adaline was game; but everyone just looked too shag to be the Domme. After Backstage, supper at Lao Pa Sat was in order. Woo hoo...good food and more booze. We all met up at eBAR just two doors down from Taboo. eBAR was so comfortable and private that the gurls got stuck there for the longest time. When we finally decide to make a move to Taboo, it was kind of late. The cover charge of 20sgd was that appealing. I guess the gurls were already spoilt in places like Backstage, +Plus, DYMK ("the new MOX"), Cows&Coolies, TocaME and eBAR where there are no cover charge. After standing outside Taboo for awhile the gurls decided to go to Cows&Coolies. It had been awhile since we all went there. The owners of the establishment recognized us and immediately made us feel comfortable. We got the back nice little alcove at the back of the bar. We met some really cool friends in the bar. Rebecca, one of the regulars at Cows&Coolies, aced all our best pool players. Yikes! One after another, the gurls fell to the king of the pool table. The gurls sang their songs, drank and chatted to their hearts content. The bar closed at 3:00 AM or was it at 2:00 AM? Sorry I can't remember. Maybe its not a good idea to get the dumb blonde to write the review. LMAO. Cows&Coolies is a mix bar catering mostly to the lgbt crowd. There were some knockouts in Cows & Coolies last night unfortunately they didn't want their pictures taken. Ada and Nic scared the patrons at Cows&Coolies with their SM antics. That would leave a lasting impression. Rebecca was a bit squemish when spanking Ada's butt but she warmed up nicely at the end. Kaila a little tired and still sore from being trounced in pool, wanted to spank Rebecca. LOL I can't write their comments in here. This is the Chinese equivalent of Halloween. The gurls love halloween. That is when most of us met for the first time last year. It was love at first sight. We have been having fun for 10 months. And in two more months, 1 year had quickly elapsed. Fun and time seems to have an inverse relationsip. The more fun one has, the faster time seems to disappear. The gurls went to +PLUS bar to discuss the SGGURLS anniversary. +PLUS management was very supportive of our gurls and generously gave us our own cozy space that came with lots of fluffy pillows. They really have a way into the gurls' hearts. We also had a great offer of $50 for a bucket of 5 barcardis which were perfect for flavor, low alcohol for those who drove (4.2%), and low calories to boot. The gurls easily guzzled down 3 buckets while studying's Adaline really impressive program for the two day celebration of our SGGURL anniversary. The program really reflected our diversity. We are expecting quite a few of our sisters from overseas to come join the celebration. After a very exhilirating discussion in a very noisy bar...:-P, there was some more boozing, some incorrigible chain smoking, some KTV-ing, more boozing, more smoking, some comparison of fashion especially the exquisite 6" heels that some of the gurls wore, exchanging of notes on hormone treatment, make up tips, and the recent IPL offer from Allure. We had a great time at +PLUS. Ray, Aaron + Crew made us feel at home eventhough the bar was solidly packed. Our pool aces didn't even have their turn on the pool table. Deanna dropped by for the discussion but she had to leave early. At about 12:30 am, Destynee, Adaline, Trish, Cindy, Ivy, Joy, Kaila, Rayne, Edwina, Nic nip over to say 'hi' to our favorite friends at Backstage. We got to watch "Love in the time of Cholera". Wow! Wig Me, Whip Me & Kiss Me Singapore, 19-20 July 2008 The SGGURLS outing keeps getting better and better. As we get to know the regulars at bars like MOX (already closed down), TocaMe, Backstage, Cows & Coolies, and now +plus, the gurls are becoming quite comfortable and are having fun interacting with our new friends. The management of the bars are also very friendly and supportive to our outings especially when they realized that we're just a bunch of fun loving gurls out to socialize. We started out at TocaMe where we had a fun wig sale. We were not the only one trying out the wigs, it seems like the whole bar caught on with our passion for wigs. After a lot of fun messing around with the hairpieces, we settled down do catch up on each other's lives, a little gossiping, some boozing, some KTV, and some smokes. A few of the gurls were so passable that even our lesbian friends (genetic girls) had a hard time telling if the gurls were girls. This was really a confident booster for a few of our gurls in the group. And let me tell you this, our group of lesbian friends were amazingly beautiful. WOWZERS!!! While the gurls were busy chatting, Nic was busy buaying all the gorgeous people like Ada, Hendrika, Trish, Destynee, Ivy, Kaila, Rayne, Hui Ling, Cindy, JB+co, the bar crew of TocaMe, the bar crew of +plus. Trish made the comment that Nic didn't sit in one place for long. LOL, Nic was very busy with her hands. :-O At about 12:30 am, the gurls decided to search for OSO bar at 145 Kreta Ayer Road. We hunted high and low but we couldn't find it. Nic braved the night and went out to ask the nice looking people sitting outside +PLUS bar and learned that OSO had closed down and +PLUS was the remake. About a dozen of us went into the bar dressed to the hilt. The nice thing about this was the people in +PLUS were actually excited to see us. They were very gracious and friendly. We met with Ray and Aaron the owners of +PLUS. Looks like we may try to host our monthly BDSM event there. +PLUS is very spacious, comfortable and has black leather sofas. Oooo ooo ooo ...leather couch and SM...shiver me timbers. The gurls played pool, sang KTV and interviewed a few of the transexual sisters that frequented +plus. Rayne, Hui Ling & Hendrika were very captivated with the experience shared by our new tgurl sister who gave her account of transitioning. While the three of the tgurls were taking notes on transitioning outside, inside +plus, we found our aces of pool. WHIPCAPA PARTY Singapore, 12 July 2008. WHIPCAPA turned out to be a very relaxed event. We had everyone chomping on McDonalds, catching-up, boozing, chain smoking, cat-fighting (yes there was a sexy cat fight between Ivy & Destynee around midnight), spanking (Mistress Jacquiline was trying her hand on slave ling), vampirism (with french fries) and lots of paddling. It was lucky that Nic could squeeze into her handbag a leash whip, a paddle and a hairbrush. Those items were all that were needed for partiers to have fun. Despite the equipment challenged party, partiers just started improvising even with food :-O. Joy bought McDonalds and Cindy bought lots of snacks. Alex dropped by but he too shagged to tie people up. Master R was very generous that night. He shared his beautiful slave ling and also the SM scene in Taiwan which apparently was much more happening. Rayne & shy Mel dropped by for a drink too. Singapore Gurlz sure know how to to PAAARRRTTTYYYY.... Singapore, 7th June 2008 The first weekend of June started out with a smashing fun time at Tocame. This sure beats watching re-runs on the telly. This night is where I found what a glass of Absinthe Red (80% alcholol, 160 proof) can do to me. I should have gone for Absinthe Green (75% alcohol, 150 proof) or Absinthe Black (85% alcohol, 170 proof) but I would have been able to contained my horniness...,no I mean my homeyness. After the drink I was really enjoying the gurls...er...I mean ... I was enjoying the night. Bua tahan...you reall have to check out the gurls and girls in TocaME yourself. The night was made even more enjoyable by two Dominants from our BDSM Societies: Sir Alex the Rope Master extraordinaire and Master R (heh heh I am not telling u his name but he is quite a looker). Of course no pics of the two Masters as per their requests. The estrogen level in TocaMe was at an all time high & of course it's not a wonder since it was after all a lesbian bar. We sat at the Khyber Pass of the bar: anyone who wanted to go to the restroom had to pay us toll (a hug, a kiss, or allow us to pat/swat their bum). The gurls and girls that paraded by us were really quite a sight. I can't believe all these gorgeous women could squeeze in this little bar. Its time like this I am glad that I could sneak into a lesbian bar like a wolf in sheep skin. Some of the gurls went over to Taboo to check out the swim wear fashion show. They were disappointed since they couldn't even get into the place. It was jammed pack. When our scouting party came back to TocaMe and reported the super crowded condition at Taboo, we decided instead that our second destination would be Backstage. We were pleasantly surprise, there was a group of fun expats that looked like the naughty version of the arabian nights. They just came from a costume party. Kaila kissed Britney Spears while I spanked her luscious butt. The gurls danced the nite away teasing my fellow buayas (crocs, sharks, horn dogs) in Backstage. I wanted to watch Too Wong Foo starring Patrick Swayze & Wesley Snipes but I was so distracted by all these hot bodies gyrating all around me. It just gets better and better .. 29th May 2008Singapore I want to thank my dearest kinky friends for making the Thursday BDSM meet at Backstage a super block buster. A fun night at TocaMe Singapore, 25 May 2008. We had antother fabulous night at TocaMe .The management and patrons there are very friendly and they made us feel at home. We made quite a new friends that night. Saturday Night lounge lizards 19-20 May 2008, Toca Me Bar, Singapore It was a last minute thing but it was an excellent way to spend the Saturday. I got a call from my gurlfriend Kaila who said that she wanted to hangout out in a cool bar that was not crowded. After some discussion we narrowed down the list to two bars: the OSO bar and TOCA ME. St James Power Station of Singapore: a center of random discriminationAfter a week of hectic schedule, we were just out to de-stress.
