Kind of Irritated

This will be short, I spent the last 35 minutes creating a jounal entry only to find when I pressed "Post Entry",.....  my account had timed out.   No recovery, the page is gone, I can't recover the thoughts, and I don't feel like even attempting to  re-create the entry.  I should have know, compose in Notepad, then post.
