CD tears

Wow...just finished chatting with a CD friend. I'd met her in person just once, we'd chatted online a number of times before. She's married, in the closet, and we had a date coming up where she was planning to come and see me while her wife was at work. We'd talked about doing makeup and dressing together, having coffee, maybe going out for lunch, maybe going shopping. She told me how excited she was. We talked about clothes, she got more and more excited; but at the same time, more and more tentative about the whole adventure. Eventually, guilt over sneaking out while her wife was away overcame her. She told me she couldn't come. She felt mixed up, needed so sort things out in her head. I told her I wished I could help, that I would listen if she wanted. She apologized more. I told her I wished I could give her a hug. Really I was in tears for her.
