Two years and the many places one goes
Shawna Lynn Honey December 2nd, 2008 11:26 am MSTTwo years have almost past since my last entry. Amazing how time moves and our preception of it flexes. Many things have happened, and I have traveled quite a lot since. In a few days I will be 40. I cannot believe that age has come. I am still single. Not a woman in my life as of yet. The women who accept us "girls" are very far and few in between. I am begining to wonder if they even exist. I just would like to marry a girl that can accept my female side and even party with my girl self. I've had so many guys try to convince me that I actualy want a man and them to be exact, that it's become a joke. For the boys who have gotten this far, I'll go ahead and say that even tho I am contemplating going on a date with a guy, I am still in no way attracted to males. And if you think the date would involve sex, your sorely mistaken. I just want to have a nice evening out with polite company. Dinner, dancing and being treated like a woman should be treated. Well lets hope that it is not another year before I make another post.

my life
Joe Poir October 21st, 2008 8:03 pm MDTHi Ladies. just writing this to maybe or hopefully give myself some clarity . To date i have well been on this site for a while almost 3 years i think . well truthfully i am still having a hrd time i find it very hard to type what i feel and i guess i come across the wrong way allot . My fault and in no way do i ever want and of you ladies to think bad of me . I am truthfully and totally 100 percent attracted to women and this might sound wrong and i hope not but i love ts women . I have to date spent a little time with 1 ts lady and to explain she was not only very beautiful but so sweet and just in every way someone that any guy should be happy to be with . For me she made me realize that i am not to messed up because i always thought i was not right for liking a lady with more but that i found is really not what i like i just like a beautiful person who wants to be with me and i want to be with her . And this might be a bad choice of words but a lady who looks and acts and talks like a lady but has a little more is and always will be what i want and i hope someday i (me) as a person can straighten out my life and realize what i am doing wrong in finding that lady. K but anyway this all sounds good in my mind right now hope it just tell you ladies a little about me.
love you ladies and whenever things get bad just know that some guys admire the fact that no matter what your brave and be who you were born to be

Latest Updates
Delia Delions September 5th, 2008 9:57 pm MDTHey there everybody!!! I hope you all have had a wonderful summer and are looking forward to the Fall as much as I am. Speaking of the changing seasons . . . I've got some pretty exciting changes happening with me and my site too!
At the end of August I finally started taking hormones. YAYYY!!! It's pretty amazing. I'm already starting to see a little growth in my breasts and nipples ;-) So, as a way of documenting all the changes, I've started a new video log in my members area that I'll be updating every week. It will be a bit of a show and tell format. So people can not only see how my breasts are developing each week but also see and hear about all the other developments that will be happening along the way. Needless to say I'm pretty excited about the whole thing :-)
I'm still working full time on my site and have been updating every week. Here's a little preview from the July and August sets:

Well you guys aked for it . . . and I got it (and loved every minute of it!). That's right strapon fans, last month I shot a full 25 minute strapon video with Trixie that is now availible and ready to download in my members area. Trixie was really getting into it. She loves to talk all hot and nasty to me when we fuck which absolutely drives me crazy and makes me want it even more!!! When you watch the preview video you'll see exactly what I'm talking about.
Last month we also started offering our new videos in mp4 format for those of you who want to take me with you on your ipods ;-)
The slick new design of the members area is now up and running and features easier navigation and a few added goodies!! Check it out:

Action of Alcohol on Internal Organs.
Karl December 16th, 2007 4:18 pm MSTAction on the stomach.
The action of alcohol on the stomach is extremely dangerous that it becomes
unable to produce the natural digestive fluid in sufficient quantity and also fails to
absorb the food which it may imperfectly digest. A condition marked by the sense
of nausea emptiness, prostration and distention will always be faced by an
alcoholic. This results in a loathing for food and is teased with a craving for more
drink. Thus there is engendered a permanent disorder which is called dyspepsia.
The disastrous forms of confirmed indigestion originate by this practice.
How the liver gets affected.
The organic deteriorations caused by the continued use of alcohol are often of a
fatal character. The organ which most frequently undergoes structural changes
from alcohol is the liver. Normally, the liver has the capacity to hold active
substances in its cellular parts. In instances of poisoning by various poisonous
compounds, we analyze liver as if it were the central depot of the foreign matter.
It is practically the same in respect to alcohol. The liver of an alcoholic is never
free from the influence of alcohol and it is too often saturated with it. The minute
membranous or capsular structure of the liver gets affected, preventing proper
dialysis and free secretion. The liver becomes large due to the dilatation of its
vessels, the surcharge of fluid matter and the thickening of tissue. This follows
contraction of membrane and shrinking of the whole organ in its cellular parts.
Then the lower part of the alcoholic becomes dropsical owing to the obstruction
offered to the returning blood by the veins. The structure of the liver may be
charged with fatty cells and undergo what is technically designated 'fatty liver'.
How the Kidneys deteriorate.
The Kidneys also suffer due to the excessive consumption of alcohol. The
vessels of Kidneys lose elasticity and power of contraction. The minute structures
in them go through fatty modification. Albumin from the blood easily passes
through their membranes. This results in the body losing its power as if it were
being run out of blood gradually.
Congestion of the lungs.
Alcohol relaxes the vessels of the lungs easily as they are most exposed to the
fluctuations of heat and cold. When subjected to the effects of a rapid variation in
atmospheric temperature, they get readily congested. During severe winter
seasons, the suddenly fatal congestions of lungs easily affect an alcoholic.
Alcohol weakens the heart.
Consumption of alcohol greatly affects the heart. The quality of the membranous
structures which cover and line the heart changes and are thickened, become
cartilaginous or calcareous. Then the valves lose their suppleness and what is
termed valvular disorder becomes permanent. The structure of the coats of the
great blood-vessel leading from the heart share in the same changes of structure
so that the vessel loses its elasticity and its power to feed the heart by the recoil
from its distention, after the heart, by its stroke, has filled it with blood
Again, the muscular structure of the heart fails owing to degenerative changes in
its tissue. The elements of the muscular fiber are replaced by fatty cells or, if not
so replaced, are themselves transferred into a modified muscular texture in which
the power of contraction is greatly reduced.
Those who suffer from these o rganic deteriorations of the central and governing
organ of the circulation of the blood learn the fact so insidiously; it hardly breaks
upon them until the mischief is far advanced. They are conscious of a central
failure of power from slight causes such as overexertion, trouble, broken rest or
too long abstinence from food. They feel what they call a 'sinking' but they know
that wine or some other stimulant will at once relieve the sensation. Thus they
seek to relieve it until at last they discover that the remedy fails. The jaded,
overworked, faithful heart will bear no more. It has run its course and the
governor of the blood-streams broken. The current either overflows into the
tissues gradually damming up the courses or under some slight shock or excess
of motion ceases wholly at the centre.
I hope this helps you or someone you know
To your heath

Memory Facets
Karl December 16th, 2007 4:16 pm MSTMemory is far and away the most remarkable of all your mental
functions. Were your mind unable to store up an enormous part of all
the information fed it by your senses, each new moment of existence
would bring with it the necessity of “starting from scratch” in
everything you think and do. You’d have to wear a little tag with your
name on it, on the chance you might meet someone to whom you’d
like to introduce yourself; every time you picked up a book you’d have
to examine it to see how the pages turned ... and you wouldn’t be able
to read it anyway, because the letters and words would be
meaningless to you!
Everything you do is made easier for you by your memory ... each
activity is simpler because in the past you’ve had experiences which
told your mind and body what to expect and how to act in certain
situations. Your life is a continuous lesson, because the countless
things you do prepare you for doing them again ... because experience
eliminates travel on the trial-and-error route by teaching you the right
or wrong way.
Even if you were to leave your memory completely alone, without
ever giving a thought to using it more efficiently, it would continue to
serve you loyally and well ... but, why settle for a meager pension
when, by investing just a bit of consideration, you can reap a vast
fortune? While attending a lecture you’re sure to pick up a few tidbits
of information, just in hearing the words.
But if you could know how to prepare all those facts for more
efficient remembering, if you were able to multiply your chances of
remembering tile information, think of how much more knowledge
you’d be able to absorb!
The first step toward strengthening your memory is to find out
exactly what it is. There’s much more to it than a bunch of assorted
facts and ideas swimming around in the gray matter of your brain ...as
you’ll discover when you read tire next few pages.
Your Entire Memory
It should be made clear, right about now, that in this book the term
“memory” means more than merely the mind’s retentive abilities: it
means, to freely adapt the dictionary’s assertion, all means by which
one can recall or make available to tongue-tip any information or
knowledge one feels like using. This will include every trick, gimmick
and short cut that we can devise; anything we can do to avoid being
caught in the mental cold.
Suppose we take a look now at your memory’s total make-up ... for
our purposes, its parts can be classified into two basic categories:
“natural” memory, or your own mind’s function of remembering, and
“artificial” memory--devices for retaining information outside the
framework of your mind.

"Losing Weight? - Go Herbal"
Karl December 16th, 2007 4:14 pm MSTThese days, there is a great need for overweight Americans to lose those excess pounds. Being healthy would not only lead them to have a healthier lifestyle but it will also literally lighten their load, and improve their overall well-being.
There is a long list of dieting options available. There are exercise programs, exercise machines, dietary supplements, dietary food and drinks, diet pills - there are even soaps which claim to help you lose pounds while you bathe.
One other available option to shed off those unwanted pounds is to go herbal.
Herbal weight loss products have been in great demand for people who want to lose weight the natural way. However, when you take herbal supplements to lose weight, you would have to wait for a longer time for the results because of the more subtle effects of medicines which came from plants and natural herbs.
Here are some herbal weight loss options that you might want to consider:
1. Herbal weight loss products
There are a lot of herbal weight loss products available in the market now. You can check out the Internet and you will find a lot of herbal weight loss pills and products.
Be careful, however, as there are some products which claim to be safe and natural because they are herbal, but some actually have side effects because of non-extensive research on the effects of these products.
Here are some ingredients and chemicals which make up some herbal weight loss products that you should watch out for, as they might have harmful effects to your health:
> Senna. This is an herbal laxative. Senna is a main ingredient in weight loss teas, and it works by stimulation the colon. The downside effect of this herb is dehydration. It can also lead to colon problems and can become addictive. Some people, when addicted, are unable to perform bowel movements without it, so watch out.
> Chromium picolinate. This is a synthetic compound found in herbal weight loss products. Chromium is a nutrient which helps regulate blood-sugar level. However, this ingredient, when taken in high doses, may cause damage in the chromosomes. It can also lead to dehydration.
> St. John's wort. This supplement increases the production of a chemical in the brain. If not used properly, it may cause eye and skin sensitivity, mild gastrointestinal distress, fatigue and itching.
Although a lot of herbal products claim to be safe and natural, it is better to scrutinize the ingredients and research about the effects of the product itself before going for these herbal dietary pills.
2. Organic food.
In Wichita, Kansas, organic food has found its way to more homes and restaurants. Organic food devotees believe that consuming organic goodies help their bodies as well as the environment.
A person who buys organically raised eggs and vegetables claim to be healthier, and they are not spending money on doctors and prescriptions as these keep them healthier and away from the hospital. This could also be an option for weight watchers, as organic food is known to be kinder to your weight than chemically-processed food products.
3. Green Tea.
Studies show that intake of green tea, or green tea extracts burns extra calories. Also, green tea with caffeine can increase fat burning by up to 40% thereby reducing fat.
This is one good option for those who want to lose weight. In a study done, people who took green tea were found to lose 2 to 3 times more weight than those who did not drink green tea.
These results show that green tea is a natural product for the treatment of obesity. Thus, it also makes for a healthier dietary option, not to mention the good effects that it has on the body as compared to caffeine. A cup of tea gives an emmediate energy lift without the side effects of caffeine.
3. Caffeine.
Coffee provides an energy boost to increase fat burning. Caffeine also provides a likelihood to be active, which in turn increases your rate of calorie burn.
4. Immortality Herb
This herb, whose scientific name is Gymnostemna Pentaphyllum, is known to have the following benefits:
> increases healthy blood flow
> reduces artery blocks
> aids healthy blood pressure
> increases the rate of fat burning
5. Apple Cider Vinegar
There are pills and food supplements whose main ingredient is apple cider vinegar. Here are the benefits of taking this herbal option:
> weight loss
> improved cholesterol level
> improved high blood pressure
> helps prevent rheumatoid arthritis

Rapid Weight Loss Techniques
Karl December 13th, 2007 2:35 pm MSTOther than physical appearance weight affects a person in many ways. This could be the overall quality of life, self-esteem, depression, health risks, and physical incapabilities. There are a lot of positive changes once a person experience weight loss. It is for this reason why a lot of people are searching for a weight loss technique that will surely trim down those fats and get a super slim head turner body.
The first thing that an over-weight should do is seek a doctor to recommend the best weight loss regimen. This will be done after a full physical examination, which leads to the determination of proper weight loss technique. And to lose weight fast and effectively four aspects of life should be changed: what to eat, how to eat, behavior and activity level.
Here are fast tips that can change an over-weight's life:
First: Fast weight loss composes of a multi-faceted technique that consists mindset, exercise, and in other cases, diet supplements. Begin by learning a diet food plan that can easily be accustomed with. Incorporate an exercise plan that allows even at least fifteen minutes a day like brisk walking, running, swimming, and dancing.
Second: Set realistic approaches. The ability to focus and have proper mindset enables someone on a diet to quickly lose those extra pounds. With discipline and proper mind set, a dieter will never be discouraged and lose focus.
Third: Listen as the body speaks. Each and everyone's body metabolism reacts differently to different fast weight loss programs and plans. Try substituting one program for another to compensate the body's reaction. Exercise program must be suitable to one's body, as others are not able to exercise as rigorously as others can. If walking is all that can be done, then walk for this is proven the best exercise. Muscles burn more calories than fats so it's also best to put on a little muscle and looking good too.
Fourth: Eat more fibers for it makes a person full sooner and stays in the tummy longer, slowing down the rate of digestion. A single serving of whole grain bread moves fat through the digestive system faster. Grains turn into blood sugar that spikes the body's insulin level. Thus, making the body more energized and ready to tell the body when it should stop burning fats or start storing.
Fifth: Keep away from fried foods especially deep-fried as this contains a great amount of fat. Although fish and chicken appear leaner than beef, this white meat can contain more fat than when a beef is fried. It is recommended for those on strict diet to opt for grilled food as this does not have or contain less amount of fat after the food is cooked.
Sixth: Takes lots of fluid. Drinking at least six to eight glasses of water a day keeps the body refreshed. Since weight loss depends on how the body eliminates body wastes, the body must stay hydrated.
All in all, discipline and consistency is still the best practice and the key to a rapid weight loss success. Light dieting, workout, and right amount of supplementation applied in a regular way everyday will result in faster weight loss than having a massive action only to be followed a return to old habits as this would only lead to gaining more weight than when the weight loss plan has started.

IMPROVE YOUR MEMORY
Karl December 13th, 2007 2:35 pm MSTINTRODUCTION
Can you remember a dozen instances in which you forgot some
thing during the past week?
The answer to that question makes little difference, because you
have been forgetting things--little things and big--and if your lapses
have been forgotten, so much the worse. But, since you’re reading this
page right now, it’s probable that your forgetfulness has been plaguing
you more and more frequently. And you don’t know what to do about
it. And you’re asking me.
And I’m asking you: Have you tried to figure out why you’ve been
forgetting? Have you noticed when you’ve failed to remember? Have
you noticed what things you’ve forgotten?
Of course you have got a memory, and unless I’m wrong, it’s a
pretty good one. If you wanted to take the time, you could sit down
and rattle off literally thousands upon thousands of facts ...the “seventimes”
table, who’s president of the United States, your middle name,
if you have one, or, if not, that you haven’t got a middle name, the
formula for baby’s breakfast, what causes hiccoughs, how to spell
“hiccoughs,” how to cure a rasher of bacon or a rash, how to obtain a
writ of mandamus, how long it takes to boil an egg or get to Pittsburgh
when traffic’s with you ... you’ve got enough facts in your mind to fill a
hundred jumbo filing cabinets!
But for all that you still forgot to bring the car in to have the oil
changed last week, your telephone bill sat in a drawer and went three
weeks overdue, your secretary had to remind you that it was your
wife’s birthday, you put your report card down somewhere and then
completely forgot where it was ... and you’re getting pretty
discouraged over this whole memory situation.
Remember this: Unless you learn something--really get it into your
mind in tile first place--you’re not ever going to remember it! Unless
you understand something the first time, the odds are that the next
time will be just another first time.
Trace the thought back a step further, and consider this: Unless you
pay attention, you probably will not learn. And another step--unless
you’re interested for one reason or another, you won’t be paying
attention.
So you’re not going to remember anything in which you don’t take
an interest upon first encounter.
Of course it’s obvious that you must often rely upon your memory to
bring you information about things which don’t interest you. If you’ve
been asked by the lady next door to pick up a quart of milk on your
way home, maybe you don’t care whether she drinks her coffee black
or not; suppose you don’t like your job, or school, or cleaning the
house ... these are responsibilities which you’ve got to meet. Even if
you’re not genuinely interested in some things, you’ve got an interest
in them, right?
So: since the best way to remember things is to take an interest in
them, and since you’ve sometimes got to remember things about
things in which you’re not ordinarily very interested ... what’s the
answer? Create an interest in them!
--Ah, come on, how do you expect me to get interested in
addressing two hundred envelopes, or putting out the garbage, or
algebra?
Simpler than you think! Get interested in exercising your memory
muscles! Make your memory your hobby, watch it work, teach it new
tricks, carry it around with you and show it off, and pretty soon it’ll be
taking fine care of itself! In the following chapters I’m going to suggest
a few of the tricks that you can play with your memory, in order that
many of the things you’ve been forgetting will become more fun to
remember. At the same time, you’ll begin to realize that some things
aren’t worth the time and effort it would take to commit them to
memory, if they can be taken care of in some easier way; part of this
book will be devoted to a number of memory-minimizers--suggestions
for avoiding memory tasks which might cost a bit too much of your
time.
It won’t be a system, or a course, or just a book of puzzles to test
your rote powers ...but a discourse on the practical application of
memory principles. And as you learn more about your own memory,
you’ll take a greater interest in it, and use it to better advantage. The
results of all this will be evident almost immediately--in your daily life.
After a very short while, you’ll start to get the hang of it yourself.
And as you become more familiar with your memory you’ll derive
pleasure and satisfaction from the game of finding new ways to
strengthen--and reinforce your memory.

catching up
Shawna Lynn Honey December 30th, 2006 3:37 pm MSTWell, I suppose I should catch this up a bit, just in case anyone is following along. I just survived a very traumatic chirstmas holiday and I'm now back at work. Things at work took a fast turn for the worst since my last post, and was the major contributor to my horrible holliday. Yes, stress from work was the main reason that I could not get into the holiday spirit, despite drastic attempts by relatives to help me into better spirits. Things at work are quite for the moment, but soon will get worse when some of my coworkers come back from their holidays. I have been able to get out dressed a few more times since my last entry. I have also added one more female friend who knows about Me to the growing list. She's really pretty and has said that she wants to go party with Shawna some Saturday. (big grins) I'm sad because I don't know when that will be. Well, sorry for all the downer news, I'll try and be a little more positive next time. Bigg Huggs all.[Comment on this post]
I D I C
Shawna Lynn Honey October 15th, 2006 2:54 pm MDTInfinate Diversity in Infinate Combinations. A few days ago I made a post in a very distraught emotional state. I was dealing with a question that has such an easy answer for many. "What am I?" The answer for which, for me, is not easy nor quickly forth comming. I was reading a book by author Jenny Boylan, called "She's not there". Some thought that this book was the ignition point for my tears, which in part is incorrect. The realization that Ms Boylan knew, from the start, what she was, and that I now have not a clue as to "what" I am, was actually the breaker. The emotion now demanded to be released and in it's release, delt with. I still do not know "what" I am. I do in fact know "who" I am. I am me, and me alone am I.Many Trek fans will recognize the IDIC principle. "She's not there" is a beautiful story, and that is all it is, a story. A story of one Womans journey to become what she feels she realy is, while as it seems, staying "who" she has been all along.I know my who, I need to find my what.[Comment on this post]

Shawna Lynn Honey October 11th, 2006 6:05 pm MDTTime, there never seems to be enough! I seem to always be running out of time. Well, at the moment my emotions are calm, and I am somewhat collected. I am still on my Journey, and I'm trying to figure out some way to tell my story. And NO it will not be a step by step guide on what to do. It will just be MY story. The down side is, I'm not that great at writing or keeping up a journal.[Comment on this post]

A book i'm reading and my journey....
Shawna Lynn Honey October 4th, 2006 7:45 pm MDTI'm reading a book called She's Not There, by Jennifer Finney Boylan. I am at the point in the book where she has told her wife Grace about being Transgendered. It's heart breaking to read. It is also leaving me with questions. The question tonight is, "Where am I on my Journey?" Am I walking along it some where? or am I sitting on a park bench watching others on their Journey pass me by.I received an email from someone who read my first two entries. She was VERY supportive, and her email helped me feel a bit better, in a way. For that I thank her very much! I'm still lost, I need to find my maps or a light house.....[2 comments]
