My first journal entry. It must be a special occasion. We must be getting close to the end of the month and the beginning of the typical chaos that occurs from people scavenging for high ratings. Today someone who'll go nameless (she's not too difficult to figure out, though) left this comment on my urna profile page: "love the look. look at me and tell me what you think".Well, here's my message to this person - You're an obnoxious self-centered child. You consistently spam that comment, or a similar one, to as many people as urna will daily allow. Some people take heart in your admiration, and provide you with a similar appreciative comment. Sadly, they don't see your comment as the false admiration it is; sent only to gain personal satisfaction for yourself. I don't rate often, because I don't think I'm in any position to rate others. In your case I made an exception and rated you as low as I possibly could. I also deleted your comment because I don't want the presence of your name on my profile page. Please don't bother me again. (PS. The first word of every sentence begins with an upper case letter. You're a lazy child, too.) There, I feel much better. :-)

Re: comment spammers Marisa February 25th, 2006 1:02 pm MST I just won't acknowledge the existence of anyone whose 5 most recent are on the same day. That might slight the odd innocent, but it's a decent time-saving rule of thumb. <RETURN> The strange thing is that people who leave too damned many *JOURNAL* comments are the most fabulous incarnations of earthly perfection. ;)
Re: comment spammers Alisha Marie February 26th, 2006 9:27 am MST A 10 for you Jen.....just kidding girl. I could'nt resist that after reading your profile, after reading this journal entry. I agree to a certain degree with you, however I do make a few comments on profiles and cast a few votes. One always comes with the other. I came to URNA last summer and took the bait hook line and sinker a few times before the lightbulb went on and I read into the game they play. The one liners; fishing for a rating rebuttal, posted over and over again and again on every newbies page. Now days I feel as welcome by the core group as a case of the clap. Its a wonderful thing, you having an accepting spouse. Probally the most important thing a Tgirl can have. My misses is adored in the community here in south Texas and she adores all our "sisters". Through the years I have met many dozens of girls (on-line) that always seemed to slink away from contact after the mean streak of their jealousy reared its ugly head. Its not our fault, that we had the strength of our convictions, to express something special inside, and found love, acceptance and in my case encouragement. I think the world would be a better place if more girls knew that feeling. The only rating I care about is the one from my wife!
Re: comment spammers Karen Reeves February 26th, 2006 7:49 pm MST Sadly Jennifer you are correct, I believe, in your assessment.
Thank you for defending those who need the hand of friendship.
